Most problems are solved fastest by our support team. Raise a ticket in the app or email support@jeevanjodi.net. To report a member, use Report in the app. If you are not satisfied with the response, or your complaint is about us, write to the grievance officer.
How to make a complaint
- By email. Write to hello@jeevanjodi.net with the subject "Grievance".
- In the app. Open "Privacy requests and grievances" in the app and choose "Raise a grievance".
- By post. Write to the grievance officer at the address above.
You do not need to be a member to complain. For example, you can write to us if someone is using your photo or your identity on JeevanJodi.
What to include
- Your name and how we can reach you.
- The mobile number registered on your account, if you are a member.
- What the complaint is about. If it concerns a profile, photo or message, give the name shown on the profile and the date, so that we can find it.
- What happened, and when.
- Any ticket or request you have already raised with us.
- What you would like us to do.
Please do not send one-time passcodes. If the complaint involves sexual images of a child, do not send the images; describe them and see our child safety standards.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement
- We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Resolution
- Our system gives each grievance a due date 15 days after it is received. We aim to resolve it, or tell you why we cannot, by that date.
- Urgent matters
- Reports about safety, a member who may be under age, or a request for money are treated as high priority.
We may need to confirm your identity before we act, for example before changing or deleting an account. We will tell you the outcome and the reason for it.
Requests from authorities
